Please contact our online C/S center if you are facing any difficulties on using the SIM card. DO NOT visit the KT stores downtown as they do not provide any C/S for this SIM card.
Please note that if your phone is not compatible with the 4G frequency in Korea, "3G" signal might shows. We will not arrange any refund/exchange for this situation.
If your phone was bought in the U.S. / Japan / Canada / Austria, please make sure it has been unlocked for using foreign SIM cards.
Please inform us if you need to activate the SIM card later during pick up.
Please make sure the SIM card works perfectly on your phone before you leave. If it doesn't, please seek for help immediately.
