  • Only foreigners with an overseas passport are eligible. Korean passport holders are unable to buy.

  • If you have left and re-visit Korea during the validity of the SIM card, you can keep on using the same SIM card
  • Once the SIM card has expired, it is unable to reuse it again.
  • Extension / Top-up needs to be done during the validity of the SIM card. Remaning credits cannot be refund.

Important Booking Information

  • Please contact our online C/S center if you are facing any difficulties on using the SIM card. DO NOT visit the SKT stores downtown as they do not provide any C/S for this SIM card.

  • Please note that if your phone is not compatible with the 4G frequency in Korea, "3G" signal might shows. We will not arrange any refund/exchange for this situation.

  • If your phone was bought in the U.S. / Japan / Canada / Austria, please make sure it has been unlocked for using foreign SIM cards.

  • Please inform us if you need to activate the SIM card later during pick up.

  • Please make sure the SIM card works perfectly on your phone before you leave. If it doesn't, please seek for help immediately.
