Exchange or refund of the eSIM QR code is not possible if it is not used after the due date.
A voucher with the eSIM QR code will be sent to your email within 24 hours of booking.

If you install the eSIM before your trip, please make sure you have switched off data roaming on the eSIM. Otherwise, it will be started once it is connected to the roaming network
