Non-refundable After Pick-up: Once the product has been signed for and collected at the counter or office, it is strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable, regardless of whether it has been opened, inserted, or activated.
SIM Lock Warning: Mobile phones purchased in the US, Canada, Japan, or the Philippines may be carrier-locked (SIM Lock). Please ensure your phone is unlocked with your original carrier before departure. No refunds will be issued if the product fails to work due to a locked device.
Customer Support Support::If connection issues occur, please contact customer support and provide screenshots or follow troubleshooting instructions. If a customer refuses to cooperate, requests for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted.
