- Starts when the eSIM/SIM connects to the KT network
- Every 24 hours counts as 1 day
- Example: Activated on Jan 1 at 09:00 → Day 1 ends on Jan 2 at 09:00
⏳ Validity Period Extension | Online Top-up
- Maximum Limit: Each eSIM/SIM can be extended up to a maximum cumulative limit of 90 days.
- Example A: Purchase a 10-day plan ➡️ You can extend it by up to an additional 80 days (90 days in total).
- Example B: Purchase a 90-day plan ➡️ Already at the maximum limit; no further extension can be added.
※ Note: Once expired, the card cannot be reactivated or extended.

✈️Re-entry & Reusability Policy
- ⭕ Within Validity Period: If you leave South Korea and return within the card's valid period, you can continue using the same SIM card (no re-configuration needed).
- ❌ After Expiration: Once the SIM card expires, it cannot be reactivated for subsequent trips. You will need to purchase a new SIM card.

Number Restrictions: The provided 010 Korean phone number does not support any real-name verification, identity authentication, OTP (One-Time Password) verification codes, or platform account registrations.
Network Coverage: Network coverage and speeds depend on the local telecom environment. 5G signals may switch to 4G in indoor areas, subways, or congested crowds. Minimum network speed cannot be guaranteed.
🔄 Refund Policy & Disclaimer
Non-refundable After Pick-up: Once the product has been signed for and collected at the counter or office, it is strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable, regardless of whether it has been opened, inserted, or activated.
SIM Lock Warning: Mobile phones purchased in the US, Canada, Japan, or the Philippines may be carrier-locked (SIM Lock). Please ensure your phone is unlocked with your original carrier before departure. No refunds will be issued if the product fails to work due to a locked device.
Customer Support Support:：If connection issues occur, please contact customer support and provide screenshots or follow troubleshooting instructions. If a customer refuses to cooperate, requests for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted.
