During pickup, a credit card in the name of the individual collecting the item must be swiped as a guarantee. The swipe will only approve payment, not charge it, and all data will be deleted once the device is returned.
Only credit cards (such as Visa and Mastercard) are accepted. DEBIT CARDS, Hana Card, American Express, or overseas-issued Samsung credit cards are not accepted.
Due to the limited quantity of power banks available, if you need to rent a power bank for free, please notify the staff at pickup; otherwise, the counter will not provide it.
Device pickup and return can be done at any moment within the business hours of the designated sites (e.g. pickup at Point A and return at Point B).
If the device is not returned by the specified return date, the data service will be stopped the next day, between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm (Korean time).
If the device is not returned within 5 days after the service termination date, a lost device fee is automatically applied to the registered credit card. This will be refunded if the gadget is returned within 30 days.
Please be aware that LINK KOREA office is closed on weekends and public holidays. If you need to pick up or return the Wi-Fi equipment, please do so during office hours, Monday through Friday.
Please keep in mind that once used, the gadget must be returned to the pickup location before going through customs. There will be no counter accessible for returns after you pass through customs.
