- Start of Validity: Day 1 begins upon connecting to the KDDI network in Japan.
- Calendar Day Rule: Regardless of activation time, Day 1 ends at 23:59 JST (Japan Standard Time) on the same day.
- Example: If activated at 09:00 on Jan 1, Day 1 concludes at 23:59 on Jan 1 (Jan 2 00:00 marks the start of Day 2).

📱 eSIM Installation & Device Restrictions
No Third-Party Apps: Please ensure your mobile phone supports eSIM and use the phone's built-in system settings to scan and install. Do not attempt to install using any third-party apps, or the eSIM will not function.
One Device Limit: An eSIM can only be installed on one device and is restricted to the device of first installation. You cannot transfer the QR Code to other devices or register the same eSIM on multiple devices.
Do Not Delete eSIM: If you cannot install or use the eSIM, do not delete it and contact customer support immediately. Once an eSIM is deleted, it cannot be recovered, reissued, or refunded.
🚫 Limitations & Network Information
Number Restrictions: The phone number provided with this eSIM is for temporary use only and does not support any real-name verification, identity authentication, OTP (One-Time Password) verification codes, or platform account registrations.
Network Coverage: Network coverage and speeds depend on the local telecom environment. 5G signals may switch to 4G in indoor areas, subways, or congested crowds. Minimum network speed cannot be guaranteed.
🔄 Refund Policy & Disclaimer
Non-refundable After Delivery: Once the eSIM QR Code has been sent, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the device does not support eSIM or if the QR Code expires.
SIM Lock Warning: Mobile phones purchased in the US, Canada, Japan, or the Philippines may be carrier-locked (SIM Lock). Please ensure your phone is unlocked with your original carrier before departure. No refunds will be issued if the product fails to work due to a locked device.
Trouble Resolution Policy: If your eSIM fails to scan or function properly, please contact customer support "before leaving your travel destination" with the requested device screenshots. Requests made after departure or without troubleshooting cooperation will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
