- If using for over 90 days with a passport, you must complete real-name verification with a Foreign Resiednce Card (ARC) within 90 days of activation.
- Failure to verify will result in service termination without refund for remaining days.

- For fraud prevention, leaving Korea during the usage period will automatically suspend your phone number, and it cannot be reinstated. How to Apply

How to Use
- The e-voucher will be sent to your email. Please present the e-voucher and your passport or Foreign Residence Card (FRC) on-site.
Important Booking Information
1. Purchase & Pickup Notice
Subscriber Name: Please enter your English name exactly as shown on your passport (no special characters or punctuation).
Pickup Location: Please confirm the designated pickup point on the product page before departure. (Pickup is NOT available at South Korean airports.)
SIM Lock Issue: If your phone was purchased from a carrier in Japan, the US, Canada, etc., please ensure it is unlocked (SIM-lock free) by your original carrier before use.
2. On-Site Activation & Real-Name Verification
Activation Time: On-site activation takes approximately 15 minutes (may vary depending on waiting lines).
Passport Activation Limit: Phone numbers activated with a passport cannot be used for online real-name verification (e.g., SMS verification).
3. Long-Term Use over 90 Days (Foreign Residence Card / ARC)
Real-Name Verification: To use the service for more than 90 days, you must visit a store with your ARC within 90 days of activation to complete real-name verification.
ARC Expiration: Once your ARC expires and you leave Korea, the number cannot be reused, nor can any further real-name verification be processed, even upon future visits.
4. Entry/Exit Restrictions (Fraud Prevention)
- Automatic Suspension upon Departure: To prevent identity theft and fraud, numbers will be automatically suspended when you leave Korea, and it cannot be reinstated.
5. Refund & Top-Up Policy
- Top-up amounts are strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable under any circumstances.
